Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be communicated exclusively in writing by email.
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 60 days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
- From 59 to 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained in full.
- From 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total booked stay will be charged.
- From 7 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total booked stay will be charged.
- In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
